Thank you for choosing our hotel. Please go through the terms and conditions for reservations and cancellations.
- To confirm a reservation we require 100% deposit in advance. We will send an invoice to you.
- Cancellation before 30 days will result no retention. Deposits will be returned after deducting applicable bank charges.
- Cancellation before 15 days will result in 50% retention and rest will be returned
- Cancellation before 15 days from booked date will result retention of entire booking deposit i.e. no refunds.
- The deposit / booking is non-transferable.
- No refunds will be made if you miss the train / bus / flight or could not get the train / bus / flight due to reservation is full i.e. no seats are available for reservation or your train / bus / flight cancelled due to any reasons including strike, agitations, fog or any undue reasons.
In case you are sick and physically unfit to reach us at the last moment on the arrival date, please inform us well in time. In such case we will consider to refund your deposit amount if you provide us valid proofs of your sickness or physical unfit conditions. The proofs are mentioned below
- Valid description of doctor(with registration no.) at recognized hospital of the area. In case of hospitalization we need the scan copies of entry and discharge ticket.
- Description of doctor at home will not be acceptable.
- Medicine bills with your name on the bill from a chemist of the area.

|We do not have lift in the hotel||We do not have swimming pool in our hotel|
|Please take it positively that we do not allow smoking in the rooms||Please check below maximum number of person allowed in both category of rooms.|
|Maximum 2 persons are allowed in Standard (Pleasant Cozy) room.||Maximum 3 persons are allowed in Deluxe (Pleasant) room.|
|We do not have EPBAX or intercom facility in rooms.||We do not have fridge in the rooms|
|We do not have BATH-TUB in the bath rooms||We do not accommodate drivers. Please do not insist us for the same.|
|Extra person over 5 years of age will be charged||If you are travelling with kids please help us to maintain quietness, peace and cleanliness in our hotel|
|As per government rule we do not allow check in to foreign traveler without valid passport and visa.|
|Check In time is 11:30 AM and Check Out Time is 10:00 AM. Early Check In and Late Check Out is subjected to availability on the date.|
How to book
Please send us the booking request form. If the rooms are available, an invoice will be sent to you along with a payment link.
You can pay the invoice using your credit / debit, master or visa card by following the link send to you.
We will send you the booking confirmation through email once the payment is received and accounted by us.
